Set is in very good used condition. All 10 buildings are included and the lights on all four building are included. The play mat and original box are included as well. All 28 original figures are included and there are 3 extra figures included as well. There are 2 pets, pine tree, palm tree included as well. Comes from a smoke free home. From the research I’ve done there is 1 pet, church steeple and basketball hoop missing. But other than that this is complete and looks amazing.
